I’ve always lived 20 minutes away from Marshall, and it’s always been my first choice. With all the academic scholarships I have, my tuition and books are completely paid for here. Marshall is my home, and I’m beyond proud to be #oneoftheherd.

I love all of the surrounding nature. There are lakes, rivers, and a lot of wooded area. The New River Gorge is absolute stunning.

to make more compassionate. I think that if everyone was compassionate, then all other problems would be solved.
If I could give my younger self one piece of advice, I would say…
stop worrying about what other people think of me. I would tell myself to be more confident. I would tell myself that I don’t have to be perfect.
