Culinary because I love food! I love to cook and make people happy through food. My main goal with food is to find a way to make food an ally for people rather than an enemy. I want to focus a lot of my studies on how to use food to help treat mental illnesses.

the extreme amount of closed-mindedness. We fear the things we don’t understand and I feel that hinders us. Humanity could accomplish a multitude of brilliant things if everyone would open up to new and scary ideas.
