Why did you choose your school and what makes it better than the rest?
I chose WVU because it made me feel like I was home during my first time visiting! Walking around campus can alone make you feel apart of something. Mountaineers have serious school spirit and that was a huge reason I decided to be one!
What’s your favorite spot on campus?
One of my favorite fraternities on campus has a prime housing spot on top on of one of the highest points in Morgantown, and you’re able to see the whole city from their front yard. It’s even better at night when the city is lit up and you can see all the lights across the mountainside!
What is the best on-campus food?
Some of the best on-campus food is hidden within the Downtown campus. There’s a lot of small burger joints as well as some pretty cool coffee shops. Black Bear is a healthier Mexican food restaurant with great meat alternatives for options like burritos and huge plates of nachos, for the vegetarians like myself!
What kind of activities are you involved in? (sorority, theatre, clubs, etc)
I’m heavily involved in my sorority on campus, getting pumped for new recruitment class that will be joining us this year! I currently hold multiple positions within my sorority, including House Manager for the sorority house this upcoming Fall!
What’s your major/what are you thinking of majoring in?
I’ll be a Junior Undergrad this upcoming Fall in Sport Psychology! The dream is to continue schooling and eventually become a psychologist for physically/mentally injured soldiers in the military.
Who’s the most famous graduate from your school?
Steve Harvey!! I love watching Family Feud with my friends while we do our homework during the school year. Steve is awesome!
Do you have a favorite sports team?
The West Virginia Mountaineers of course!! WV doesn’t have a national team to root for, so it’s pretty awesome always being surrounded by WVU Pride no matter where you go.
