Why did you choose your school and what makes it better than the rest?
I chose it because I’m very family oriented and my family lives out in northridge. I also loved the people in the valley because of how multicultural they all are. Everyone is super friendly!
What kind of activities are you involved in? (sorority, theatre, clubs, etc)
I was in Alpha Phi but recently left to focus on my career but I do have two littles lol. I’m considering joining the CSUN Christian group soon
What’s your major/what are you thinking of majoring in?
I LOVE my major at CSUN which is Recreation & tourism management to become an entrepreneur and learn marketing. I do a lot of marketing for fitness company’s and I work at a marketing firm for doctors and lawyers
What do you know now that you wish you knew as a freshman?
If you’re a freshman girl, make sure to start college open minded. It truly flies by so make the best of it and be yourself at all times. Make as many friends as you can and make future connections for when you start your career. Join a sorority or a club! But always make sure to stay up to date with your assignments. Don’t let boys or any girls tell you who and how you should be. College is a great time to figure out who you really are and who you want to be. Only your opinion matters.
