Krit McLean spent spent an hour and a half dancing around naked, calling out Donald Trump and taunting the police while standing on top of a building in Times Square. He eventually would jump off about 15 feet to the ground, and would be hospitalized for minor injuries. The incident, which began around 8 AM EST, was caught on video by numerous bystanders, and was streamed live on Periscope.
Police set up an inflatable bag underneath McLean, trying to prevent injury if he jumped. However, when he did jump, he completely missed the bag. McLean was taken to Bellevue Hospital for minor injuries suffered after jumping, the New York Daily News reports. He will also undergo a psychiatric evaluation, obviously.
