Rita’s has over 600 locations nationwide, so it shouldn’t be too tough to find one within traveling distance. To find the Rita’s location nearest you, head on over to their site. All you have to do is pop in your zip code, and you will know just how far you’ll need to go to get your fix. You can only get one free Italian ice per person, but you can always hit up multiple locations or rock a sweet Bobby Valentine disguise if you’re feeling especially bold.
Rita’s is also running a contest where they’ll be giving out prizes to 25 lucky customers. To enter the contest, post a picture of yourself enjoying your free Rita’s on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram using the hashtag #RitasFirstDayofSpring. Whoever has the most creative photo will win free Italian ice for a year, and 24 finalists will each receive $25 Rita’s gift cards. The contest will run from 12:00 P.M.
