Warmer weather is on the horizon and I think it’s safe to say that we could all use some 70 degree days. Let’s be honest, nobody is upset that the sun is still out at 7:00 PM. For those of you looking for a little more information on the first day of spring, the official vernal equinox occurs at 6:29 A.M. EST on March 20th, 2018. At that time, the sun crossed directly over the equator. However, today only marks the astronomical start of spring. According to the meteorological calendar, spring really started on March 1.
