Joyner Lucas previously teased an unnamed collaboration and on Thursday, May 24, the new track titled “ISIS” dropped. The collaboration was with non other than Logic and will be a part of Joyner’s long-anticipated “ADHD” album.
When releasing the official music video, Joyner captioned the video “what’s beef?”
The two men previously had public beef when Joyner took a shot at Logic saying “tries to prove that he’s black too much for me.”
“I think he can rap. But I feel like he tries to prove that he’s black too much for me,” Joyner said in an interview with Everyday Struggle. “It just seems like all his bars are just like, every other bar, every other song is ‘I’m black. Oh, I’m half-black and half-white.’ That’s cool, that’s who you are, it’s just too repetitive for me.”
We are glad they put the beef to rest because the collaboration is straight fire.
