The deceased victims of the UNCC mass shooting carried out by Trystan Andrew Terrell have been identified as 19-year-old Ellis Parlier and 21-year-old Riley Howell.
University of North Carolina-Charlotte Shooting: What Happened?
Police say that the 22-year-old Trystan Andrew Terrell began shooting in the library on the University of North Carolina Charlotte campus on Tuesday, April 30. Terrell has since been described as an American male.
Not much is known about Terrell at this time other than that he is a history student at the University of North Carolina-Charlotte and is currently in police custody.
As a result of the gunfire, two people have been killed and four people have been shot. Of the four people who were shot, reports indicate that two are in critical condition.
The mass shooting at the University of North Carolina-Charlotte is just the latest in a long line of active and mass shootings that have plagued America schools and universities in recent years.
