At the time of this writing, President Donald Trump has yet to release or tweet an official statement about the deadly shooting at the University of North Carolina-Charlotte that left two people dead and four injured.
In the hours after the shooting, instead of tweeting a statement of condolences, President Trump has been retweeting support from alleged firefighters.
“I’ve done more for Firefighters than this dues sucking union will ever do, and I get paid ZERO!” Trump tweeted before launching a string of over 50 retweets from supporters.

UNCC Shooting: What We Know So Far
Police say that Trystan Andrew Terrell, a 22-year-old former UNCC history student, began open firing on the University of North Carolina-Charlotte campus on Tuesday, April 30.
As a result of the spree, two people have been killed and four people were injured, two of which critically.
At this time, the identities of most of the victims have not been released.
University of North-Carolina Charolette student Drew Pescaro, a member of the Alpha Tau Omega at the school, has been identified as the first injury victim.
At the time of this writing, Pescaro is reportedly out of surgery and recovering stably.
Students at the school have planned a candlelight vigil that is scheduled to be held at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, May 1, at the campus’ Star Quad.
