UFC 227 fight week is officially here! This weekend, Saturday, Aug. 4, the Ultimate Fighting Championship returns to pay-per-view with two title fights at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, Calif. In the main event, bantamweight champion TJ Dillashaw defends his championship in a rematch against heated rival Cody Garbrandt.
The co-main event features longtime flyweight king Demetrious Johnson, who looks to continue establishing himself as one of the all-time pound-for-pound greats when he defends his belt against former Olympic medalist Henry Cejudo.
To kickoff fight week, the UFC is hosting a media conference call on Tuesday, July 31. The four fighters participating in championship fights will be available to answer questions from the media and, thanks to the bad blood between former training partners Dillashaw and Garbrandt, you can expect plenty of fireworks to start the week right.
