The Ultimate Fighting Championship returns to pay-per-view on Saturday, July 7, with a championship doubleheader at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. In the main event of the night, a superfight between heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic and light heavyweight titleholder Daniel Cormier will take center stage. The two men will be competing for Miocic’s heavyweight belt, giving Cormier the opportunity to become just the second fighter in UFC history to simultaneously hold two championships in two different weight classes.
If that wasn’t exciting enough, the co-main event features the return of featherweight king Max Holloway, who puts his belt on the line against top contender Brian Ortega.
Ahead of Saturday night’s pay-per-view, the UFC released the UFC 226: Countdown episode which gives an all-access look at the fighters as they go through their fight camps and prepare for the biggest bouts of their lives.
