What’s the only thing better than a quality school fight video? A violent brawl between two teachers, of course! Fights between students are a dime a dozen, so enjoy watching two grown ass educators bash each other’s brains in.
Jesus, those ladies weren’t messing around! That was a teacher and a classroom paraprofessional trading blows in a science class, so if I had to guess, I’d say the fight started over a missing Bunsen burner.
The throwdown took place at Stone Mountain Middle School in Tucker, Georgia, which is about 20 miles outside of Atlanta.
Via the Washington Post, here’s how the school is dealing with the incident.
The DeKalb County School District has declined to name the women. School officials told local media the women were arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in a public space.
The school sent a letter home to parents on May 23, notifying them of the incident and said that it remained under investigation, according to WSB-TV.
“The interaction and conduct in the video is completely unacceptable and contrary to our district’s tenets and core principles,” the school said in a statement. “Those staff members that participated in the conduct have been removed from the learning environment.”
Some parents have called for the women to be fired.
CBS46 spoke to students who said that after the fight, school officials came into the classroom, went through their cellphones and told them to delete any evidence of the brawl.
And the plot thickens. School officials thinking that they could get kids to delete that footage is laughable. You know as soon as the dust settled in that fight, videos were getting sent out left and right. Covering your ass is impossible in 2017, no matter how badly you don’t want the world to know your school hosted the female equivalent of Hagler/Hearns.
