Austin Harrouff, an FSU student, has been arrested and charged with a gruesome double murder in Miami that involved biting the faces off of one of his victims. The 19-year-old had to be subdued by three police officers armed with a taser and a K9 unit around 9:30 P.M. on Monday night.
