Week 1 of the NFL season rolls on Monday night with a doubleheader on ESPN that kicks off with the Pittsburgh Steelers and New York Giants at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
The game is set to begin at 7:15 p.m. ET.
“Early in the season, it’s about what you do and the quality with which you do it,” Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin said, via ESPN.com. “It’s not necessarily about how you are playing or what schematic they employ or the plans they make. Part of winning early in the season is just being a tough team to beat and just not beat yourself.”
The Steelers enter Monday night’s game as 5.5-point favorites over the Giants.
