UFC Fort Lauderdale Fighter Salaries: Complete List Of Payouts

The Ultimate Fighting Championship made the trip to Fort Lauderdale, Florida on Saturday, April 27 for UFC on ESPN+8 featuring Ronaldo “Jacare” Souza vs. Jack Hermansson. The event ended with a stunned crowd as Hermansson pulled off the upset over Jacare in the main event of the night.
Other big winners on the night were co-main event participant Greg Hardy, Mike Perry, and former light heavyweight title challenger Glover Teixeira.
Following the event, the fighter salaries were announced with a total disclosed payroll of $1,942,000.
Leading the way, despite competing on the preliminary card, was former heavyweight champion Andrei Arlovski who raked in a whopping $300,000 for a split decision loss to Augusto Sakai, who earned just $24,000.
Jacare and Teixeira were second on the payroll with $210,000 apiece, while Greg Hardy earned $150,000 for his dominant win over Dmitry Smolyakov, who picked up just $10,000.
The only other fighter to top six-figures was Mike Perry with $110,000, while Jack Hermansson earned $82,000 for his upset victory.
The figures released do not include any money from outside sponsors. UFC Fort Lauderdale purses also exclude any locker room bonuses and required Reebok outfitting pay, but do figure in the $50,000 for Fight of the Night and Performance of the night bonuses.
