Drake Drops New Trailer & Release Date For ‘Euphoria’ Featuring Zendya

Drake has dropped a new trailer and official release date for HBO’s “Euphoria,” which is executive produced by the Toronto rapper and Future the Prince. In the video shared to Drake’s social media accounts, we learn that the first season of the show will be coming in June.

The official premiere date for “Euphoria” is Sunday, June 16.

“Euphoria” — which is the adaptation of an Israeli show of the same name — will follow a “group of high school students as they navigate love and friendships in a world of drugs, sex, trauma, and social media,” according to an HBO release.

All episodes will be written by Sam Levinson, while Ron Leshem and Daphna Levin — who are the creators of the original Israeli series — will executive produce the show.

Zendaya leads an ensemble cast that also includes Maude Apatow, Angus Cloud, Eric Dane, Alexa Demie, Jacob Elordi, Barbie Ferreira, Nika King, Storm Reid, Hunter Schafer, Algee Smith and Sydney Sweeney. All episodes created and written by Sam Levinson, who also serves as executive producer. Other executive producers include Drake, Future the Prince, Ravi Nandan, Kevin Turen, Hadas Mozes Lichtenstein, Ron Leshem, Daphna Levin, Tmira Yardeni, Mirit Toovi, Yoram Mokady, Gary Lennon and Jim Kleverweis.
