A memorial service for Nipsey Hussle is being held Thursday, April 11 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles to honor the late rapper who was shot and killed on the final day of March. The service will begin at 1:00 p.m. ET with thousands of fans in attendance. It is believed that as many as 21,000 people will be packing the Staples Center to pay their respects to the Crenshaw native.
When tickets were made available to the public for free earlier this week, they were all claimed within minutes.
Tickets were also only available to residents of California, but thanks to TIDAL everyone across the country will have the opportunity to tune in to the service live. TIDAL will be live streaming the Nipsey Hussle memorial service as soon as it begins.
The service is titled “Nipsey Hussle’s Celebration of Life.” You can expect the emotional service to feature plenty of prominent friends and family members remembering the life of the rapper who was always giving back to his community.

Nipsey was recently honored at the Staples Center with the Los Angeles Lakers paying tribute to late-rapper Nipsey Hussle on Thursday, April 4 ahead of their game against the Golden State Warriors. Nipsey was gunned down in broad daylight outside of his clothing store — Marathon Clothing — in Los Angeles on Sunday, March 31. The suspect in his murder, Eric Holder, has since been arrested and charged with murder.
To honor the Crenshaw native, the Lakers played a video tribute on the scoreboard, his music during pre-game warmups, and LeBron James even sported a Nipsey Hussle t-shirt on the bench.
