As gambling becomes legal and legitimized in more and more states, the types of bets you can make continue to grow outside of the world of sports, particularly in entertainment.
Whether it’s betting on who will rule the Iron Throne in Westeros at the end of Game Of Thrones or who will come out victorious on season 172 of The Bachelor, entertainment bets are becoming a bigger and bigger staple in the gambling industry.
And now that growth has reached the prestigious Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, as you can now place bets on the Oscars, most notably, the Best Picture category.
Heading into the big night, Alfonso Cuarón’s Roma, which first aired on Netflix, is the heavy favorite to take home the award for Best Picture. However, like myself, you may be more of an underdog guy and got a gut feeling that A Star Is Born is gonna pull off the upset.
