Despite being on Instagram for less than a year, Will Smith quickly became one of the best celebrity social media accounts to follow.

And in typical Will Smith fashion, he’s figured out how to bring social media to another level: by bungee jumping out of a helicopter.
Furthermore, not only will the jump be in celebration of Smith’s 50th birthday, but it will also go to a good cause. The Associated Press reported that Smith teamed up with Omaze to help create a fundraiser around the jump.
According to the Omaze website, the winner will join Smith at the Grand Canyon, followed by dinner and a photo session, with flights and lodging being covered by Omaze.
Omaze said that all the proceeds will go to The Will & Jada Smith Family Foundation, where it will then be sent to Global Citizen and Education Cannot Wait.

Will Smith Bungee Jumping Over Grand Canyon Viewing Details

It was announced that the jump would be taking place at 5:45 p.m. on On Good Morning America, Lara Spencer reported that the event will begin at 5:45 p.m. ET, though the live stream says 6 p.m. ET.

This is not Will’s first time taking part in extreme sports, as he has previously skydove and bungee jumped off Victoria Falls — a 355-foot waterfall in Zimbabwe.
