On Saturday, Sept. 8, Tyron Woodley defended his UFC welterweight title against Darren Till in the main event of UFC 228 at American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas. Woodley needed less than two rounds to take care of business, stunning Till with a heavy right hand before locking in the fight-ending D’Arce choke.
Woodley’s performance in the main event earned him a Performance of the Night bonus, while Till suffered the first loss of his professional career.
