The Tour De Carbondale at Southern Illinois University was absolutely lit this year and apparently the police tried to shut it down. The idea is simple but awesome: get a bunch of college students to dress up in ridiculous outfits, ride their bikes, and hop from one party to the next. The amount of strange bicycles in Carbondale, Illinois is alarmingly high.
