Jim Gaffigan explained Father’s Day on The Tonight Show last night, and we kind of wish it had been a standup routine instead. We could’ve done without Jimmy Fallon constantly cracking up during Jim’s deep insights. The good news is that Jim also used the opportunity to goof on Jimmy’s new children’s book. He asked the one question that should be asked of any celebrity’s children’s book.
Anyway, Jim has five children. The guy know what he’s talking about. It’s kind of weird that he’s become such a hip comic. You’d think a dad with a big family wouldn’t really be discussing things that are relevant to a younger crowd.
