The Halo 5 Guardians release date was announced during the Season 5 finale of The Walking Dead. Halo 5 will come out on October 27th, 2015.
In addition to the release date, Microsoft released two Halo 5 trailers that explore the question of whether Master Chief is a traitor or not. One video depicts Master Chief blaming Spartan Locke for the destruction of a city, while the second live action video shows Spartan Locke doing the same to Master Chief. Since the game’s released date is already known, Amazon is taking preorders for the Xbox One game now. As of yet, there are no special editions announced.
We’ve already played the Beta version of Halo 5’s multiplayer and absolutely loved it. If you’re the owner of an Xbox One, you should be getting this game.
