WATCH: Band Puts Themselves Into 'Home Alone' For Bloody Pop Parody [VIDEO]

D.U.M. stands for David Unger Music, and “Get Back” isn’t their first music video to parody pop culture. (They got a lot of attention this past summer with a Star Wars salute.) D.U.M.’s take on Home Alone is still pretty ingenious–and it’s a shame that they had to premiere the thing today. A good Home Alone parody can really take off at Christmastime.
Anyway, this is still required viewing with new faces put on your Home Alone favorites. Also, the smart guys of D.U.M. have added lots of CGI blood to the assorted brutality that’s inflicted on the two unfortunate burglars. Kevin McCallister was a real li’l psycho, wasn’t he? Lots of fun here, folks–and the music’s pretty good, too. We don’t know what to tell you about that tarantula…
