Black Friday Store Hours: Extreme Retail Shopping Times at Best Buy & More…

Black

Black Friday shopping hours are a bargain hunter’s paradise. It’s the day when you can buy all of the gadgets, clothing, electronics and pretty much anything else for a crazy discounted price. For years, stores have been opening extra early and closing extra late on this special day to satisfy the needs of customers doing their holiday shopping. And it’s also the only time of the year that shopping can feel like an extreme sport. [photo: Stephen Chernin/Getty]
Not that we recommend lining up before a Walmart for a few days so you can be the first in line to get people stampeding over your corpse. We just know that it’s kind of fun to hit some stores around 3 am and join in some fine consumer madness. You should be sober, though. We’ve bought a few Black Friday deals that turned out to be actually more expensive than usual. We won’t name names, but rip-offs ‘r’ them.
Sadly, some big chains are shaking up their usual Black Friday routines. An increasing amount of stores are open on Thanksgiving this year, and a few are actually shutting down at some point before opening again on the morning of Black Friday. Nobody wants any surprises at 3 am, so take some time to check out the Black Friday store hours of the biggest national chains…
