Dressing up in an inappropriate Halloween costume is your right as an idiot, but putting your baby or child through the ringer (a la “Little Miss Hooters”) should be a crime punishable by death. Immediate execution is really the only feasible solution here because our prisons would be filled with awful parents who thought it’d be funny to dress their offspring as a bong or Hitler.
