College football tickets are getting expensive, everyone knows that. But if you had to guess which schools had the highest average ticket price, which one would you guess? It’d probably make the most sense if it was Florida State University–last year’s champion and this year’s early favorite to win it all again.
Not the case, though. Instead the most expensive average ticket price (calculated by TiqIQ) is actually Ohio State University.
Furthermore, ten out of the twenty five most expensive tickets are to schools not even listed on the AP 2014 Preseason Poll.
