Jimmy Kimmel has been hanging around ABC’s primetime schedule all through the NBA championships. That finally all peaked with last night’s win by the San Antonio Spurs over the Miami Heat–so Kimmel celebrated by bringing out a special “Mean Tweets” showcase based on NBA players.
“Mean Tweets,” of course, is where Jimmy Kimmel proves that celebrities are genuine people whose feelings can be hurt by what’s said on Twiiter. There’s been an occasional sports star in the mix, but this video (just like one last year) focuses on NBA players like Paul George, Amare Stoudemire and Jalen Rose. You don’t have to be a sports fan to enjoy the sight of millionaires having to face the masses goofing on them through social media. And, yes, you might even feel sorry for them…
