Today is Miss R.I.'s Perfect Date from "Miss Congeniality" [VIDEO]

Every now and again, some joker with a crude talent for using Photoshop and a Facebook account tries to trick everyone by making them think that today is the day that Marty McFly went to “the future” in the movie Back to the Future Part II. Well, we’ve got one that can’t be faked. Today is the date that Miss Rhode Island described as her “perfect date” in the Sandra Bullock movie Miss Congeniality.
It may have been awhile since you’ve seen the movie now that Sandra Bullock is a serious actress with the “Oscar contender” title attached to her name thanks to movies like The Blind Side and Gravity. So here’s the scene. The almighty William Shatner asks the blonde bombshell who’s about as smart as an actual bomb shell, “What’s your perfect date?” She responds “April 25th.” So now we’re all basking in the glory of Miss Rhode Island’s favorite “date.” Feel free to share this with your Facebook friends without fear of being bombarded with comments about how you got pwned by someone with an Internet connection and way too much time on their hands.

Actually it’s not even that hard to trick people into thinking that today is the day that Marty went ahead to the future. Someone built an “It’s Back to the Future Day!” time console generator that automatically shows the date. All you have to do is download the image, post it to your Facebook page and wait for some poor, easily amused saps to start sharing and forwarding it to their friends’ Facebook walls. Now I wish someone would make a “It’s Miss Rhode Island’s Perfect Date Day!” generator as well.
