It’s a big night on the Syfy Channel, as all three shows on the Monday primetime lineup hosts season finales–with Being Human actually ending its run. Of course, your See Her Tonight column is usually raving over Lost Girl regulars like Anna Silk, Rachel Skarsten, Emmanuelle Vaugier, and newcomer Mia Kirshner. But we’re sorry to see the werewolf drama Bitten ending, too. Laura Vandervoort has emerged as the show’s big sex symbol, but we’re also big fans of Bitten regular Natalie Brown. A lot of people in the fantasy biz seem to feel the same way. Natalie Brown isn’t just a big name in the Bitten cast. She’s also had a recurring role on Being Human and popped up on a Lost Girl.
That means that you can guess that Natalie Brown is a proud Canadian gal–who, amazingly enough, has never appeared on an episode of Supernatural. We don’t know how that happened. Natalie has still made some fine outside appearances as a genre gal. We won’t pretend to have noticed her as a reporter in Zack Snyder’s 2004 remake of Dawn of the Dead, and her scenes were cut out of Saw V. Natalie didn’t really get our attention until 2011, when she showed up on MTV’s scandalous Skins show as one of the few older babes in the cast. That was the same year that Natalie showed up as a star-crossed lover on Lost Girl.
Natalie then had a heartbreaking story arc on Being Human, and we can’t say that she’s having too much luck with werewolves on Bitten, either. At least we can expect to see that show back on Syfy soon enough–and until then, let’s go a little rabid over these pics…
