MY COLLEGE KICKS ASS BECAUSE…
I love Arkansas because it is literally everything I was looking for in a university. Huge campus, Greek life (I’m in Alpha Delta Pi and I love it so much!), big social scene, and of course, top-ranked SEC athletics.
THE COOLEST PLACE TO PARTY ON CAMPUS IS…
Well, unfortunately I’m not 21 yet, so all the bars on Dickson Street are off limits to me right now. Usually the fraternity houses are either having functions or parties and that is always a lot of fun, but most everyone goes to Dickson.
THE MOST MEMORABLE THING I’VE DONE SINCE FRESHMAN YEAR IS…
When I was in high school, I was the Head Sports Producer, so I got to film all the games. My school’s football team made it to playoffs, which was held at AT&T Stadium where the Dallas Cowboys play. I received an access pass and got to go through the Miller Light Club and go down on to the field and film from the sidelines! Just being down there was so cool for me.
I MAJOR IN…
I am a broadcast journalism major, and my goal in life is to become a sports broadcaster. Erin Andrews is my idol. Im working on being able to anchor for my school’s tv station and hopefully be able to do some sideline reporting at games. I love sports; they have always been such a huge part of my life, so I want my future career to be based around sports. I love being in front of the camera and also behind it writing stories or working on segments.
IF YOU COULD TRAVEL ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD, WHERE WOULD YOU GO?
If I could travel anywhere in the world, it would for sure be Australia. Its seems gorgeous there and I really want to go snorkeling in the Great Barrier Reef and also Great White shark cage diving.
WHY DO YOU WANT TO BE MISS COED 2016?
I want to be Miss COED 2016 because that would be a totally cool honor to have. Being recognized for being a good student and an active member on campus is something to be proud of. Being chosen out of thousands of students means a lot to me and I would love more than anything to be able to represent my awesome school in a positive way!
IF YOU COULD GIVE OUR READERS ONE PIECE OF ADVICE, WHAT WOULD IT BE?
Be yourself. Stand out in a positive way! Its okay to not dress like everybody else, or act like everybody else. If it makes you happy, then keep doing what you’re doing. Unless its meth…then shut that down as soon as possible.
