College Football 2014 Week 8 Preview: Cheerleader Edition [PHOTOS]

Last week was a real treat in terms of college football, and while there aren’t as many excellent games on the schedule for Week 8, there are more than a couple of games worth watching.

First off on the list is Clemson at Boston College. Yes, we’re hyping up the game because our Cheerleader of the Week Nicole is an Eagle but also because this game has serious connotations when it comes to the ACC Atlantic title. If BC wins this game at home, they stand a real chance of competing with FSU for a shot at the belt. It’s a stretch for sure, but that’s the name of the game when it comes to college football.

Then we move onto a game that you’re probably a little more interested in. Texas A&M vs. Alabama. You better believe that the Crimson Tide are absolutely furious that they’re ranked outside of the Top 5, but if A&M QB Kenny Trill has anything to say this weekend, Alabama’s playoff chances are shot.

On the West Coast, you’ve got a (relatively) struggling ASU team taking on the Stanford Cardinal. From what we can tell on ASU’s campus, they love smoking trees so we’re betting on ASU to win this one at home.
