Capcom kicked off Mega Man‘s 30th-year anniversary with the release of the first trailer for the upcoming Mega Man 11. This video game has been announced for PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch. Mega Man 11 is scheduled to go on sale in late 2018.
The original Mega Man video game was first released for the Nintendo Entertainment System on December 17, 1987. The franchise has led to numerous sequels and spinoffs. On October 2, Mega Man will hit shelves for its 11th installment in the main series.
If you take a look at the first trailer for Mega Man 11, you’ll see that this game is still sticking with the same, classic, time-tested 2D side-scrolling action-platformer that we all know and love. The gaming consoles have changed, but Mega Man still keeps it retro, and that’s pretty damn awesome! Retro is the new cool when it comes to video games if you haven’t already noticed.
