A day care located in northwest Harris County, Texas, was placed on lockdown Friday afternoon was authorities searched for an armed man on the run in the area.
What Happened?
Harris County Precinct 1 was called on a domestic disturbance in the 8500 block of Park Forest. When deputies arrived on the scene, the armed man fled, according to investigators.
A perimeter was set up in the area of West Mt. Houston and Antoine as deputies searched for the man.
Investigators said the man has a felony warrant for his arrest.
As a result, a nearby day care center was placed on lockdown as a precautionary measure.
