In the nightcap of Tuesday night’s doubleheader inside of the NBA bubble, the New Orleans Pelicans and Sacramento Kings face off. While both teams entered the bubble at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Orlando with playoff aspirations, those hopes have disappeared.
