Bellator MMA heads to Tel Aviv, Israel on Thursday, November 14 for Bellator 234 at Menora Mivtachim Arena. The event is headlined by a heavyweight matchup between top contender Sergei Kharitonov and Linton Vassell, a former two-time title challenger in the light heavyweight division.
The event also features Roger Huerta, the first mixed martial artist to grace the cover of Sports Illustrated, in the co-main event. Huerta will take on Sidney Outlaw in a lightweight clash. Opening up the main card is a middleweight bout between Austin Vanderford, the husband of UFC star Paige VanZant, and Grachik Bozinyan.
Ahead of Thursday’s event, all of the fighters had to step onto the scale for the official weigh-ins. Luckily for those in attendance, the two main eventers successfully hit their marks, but two fighters failed to hit their contracted weights.
While Bellator 234 takes place on Thursday, it will not air until Friday, November 15 on the Paramount Network via tape delay.
