That same survey also found that anxiety is the most pressing psychological issue that these students are facing. One out of five college students suffer from anxiety and a few triggers are the stressors surrounding them.
A few of these stressors are the pressure they face when it comes to surpassing expectations from their peers, professors, or even parents. It could also be homesickness, financial struggles, and the role of social media in their lives.

Some of these oils are jasmine, chamomile, ylang-ylang, and clary sage. These oils can be used in a few ways. The easiest is to dilute any of these oils in water. You can apply it to your skin or somewhere you can easily smell. Another easy way is to get an essential oil diffuser.
Diffusers come in many forms. You can buy a necklace that can store the essential oil of your choice. An electric diffuser is something you can plug in and it simply disperses the aroma into your room.
- Go to a cycle house

They specialize in Broad Spectrum THC-Free products, We are rich in other cannabinoids beyond CBD, creating a synergy known in the industry as the “entourage effect²”. Unlike many tinctures on the market, which contain only CBD, their broad-spectrum tinctures contain CBD with additional, beneficial compounds such as CBG, CBC, etc. and natural terpenes.
