WWE Hall Of Fame 2019 Class Adds Harlem Heat

Booker T is now a two-time WWE Hall of Famer. This week, it was announced that Harlem Heat will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame as part of its 2019 class. The tag team consisted of Booker T and Stevie Ray, who were real-life brothers Booker and Lash Huffman.
The two initially debuted in August 1993 as Kole and Kane in the WCW where they picked up the WCW Tag Team Championship. After changing their names, they continued their dominate rain by winning the title nine more times.
Booker T also picked up the WCW World Television Championship on six occasions, while Stevie Ray won the title once.

“It was surprising, actually, I guess because one reason, my brother and I, we never actually wrestled in the WWE,” Booker T told USA TODAY’s For The Win about the news. “My brother took a step aside at that point in time because he had a daughter, and he wanted to see her grow up and see her go to college. He got a chance to do that. But our career in WCW was awesome.”
Harlem Heat join Honky Tonk Man, Torrie Wilson and D-Generation X as members of the 2019 class.
The 2019 WWE Hall of Fame induction ceremony will take place on April 6 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.
