FIFA 19 Reviews: Must-See Ratings From Around The Web

EA Sports is finally back with it’s the latest edition of FIFA, FIFA 19, and the question that surrounds all newly released sports video games still remains: what makes this latest version worth buying?
Luckily, FIFA 19 is packed with reasons to upgrade to the latest and greatest edition of the virtual soccer franchise — first and foremost of those reasons is the improved gameplay. The pace of play has been slowed down significantly, therefore resulting in more realistic control of the ball.
The most notable addition to the game is the Champions League. FIFA 19 is the first game in the series to feature both the UEFA Champions League and the Europa League. While Martin Tyler and Alan Smith return as regular commentators, a new commentary team of Derek Rae and Lee Dixon have been added and will appear in the UEFA competitions modes such as the Champions League and the Europa League.
Once again, FIFA is one of the most immersive sports video games on the market and easily the best soccer game available today.

FIFA 19 Reviews

Hypebeast: “FIFA 19 is an in-between upgrade. Nothing huge has been added, but there’s been a wealth of subtle upgrades — ranging from gameplay to license addition to the continually immersive presentation. While the game isn’t the huge leap previous iterations have been, there’s enough there to keep keen fans entertained for another season.”
Metacritic: “EA Sports FIFA 19 delivers a champion-caliber experience on and off the pitch. Introducing the prestigious UEFA Champions League, offering authentic in-match atmospheres, featuring gameplay updates including elevated on-pitch personality and a striking overhaul, and providing new and unrivaled ways to play.”
Forbes: “FIFA 19 is visually stunning, fun and deep. Aside from a few small issues, it delivers the goods and firmly establishes the latest version and the franchise as the one to beat in the virtual pitch wars.”
GamesRadar: “The Champions League expands FIFA’s exhaustive selection of licenses – but thanks to lessons learned last year there’s plenty to love out on the pitch, too.”
IGN: “With a plethora of new modes and some significant gameplay tweaks that make ball control more convincing, FIFA 19 is a distinct improvement upon last year’s effort.”
Game Informer: “EA Vancouver has added just enough to keep things ticking along. The gameplay cuts down on predictability, providing a layer of freshness to the familiar and producing a squad that can compete – but is also in danger of missing a Champions League spot.”
