Just hours before his tragic death at the age of 26-years-old, Mac Miller, born Malcolm James McCormick, posted what would be his last Instagram story: the outro on the last song of his last album.

The song, ‘So It Goes’, is the 13th and final track on Miller’s final album Swimming, which was released on August 3, 2018, to critical acclaim.

The lyrics of the final verse are “just like a circle, I go back where I’m from.”
