Despite entering their 13th season, It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia remains as hilarious and shocking as ever.
Given the events that unfold in this first-look trailer, The Gang seems to be up to their old sick and sadistic ways — with or without Dennis (permanently) in the fold.
The official synopsis for It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia season 13:
“The gang has its hands full as Charlie hopes to have a child, Mac explores his sexuality, Dee takes feminism to new heights, and Frank tries to experience the= greatest moment in Philadelphia sports history.”
In a 74-second trailer full of WTF moments, the one that caught my eye the most (other than the whole Dennis sex-doll thing) was a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it clip of Charlie apparently impersonating Kramer from Seinfeld.
And while he does not appear in the trailer, Glenn Howerton’s Dennis has been confirmed to appear in some season 13 episodes after he decided to move to North Dakota in the season 12 finale.
It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia returns to FXX on Wednesday, September 5, and will likely continue its epic run as the funniest, yet most twisted, show on television.
