Post Malone was involved in a private jet scare on Tuesday, Aug. 21. The hip hop star was in his jet when two planes blew during takeoff. After the incident occurred, Malone’s jet — which had 15 other passengers — continued to circle until it was cleared for landing.
Ultimately, Malone made a safe landing at Stewart Airport in Newburgh, New York.

Malone, born Austin Richard Post, was on board a Gulfstream Aerospace GLF-4 luxury jet that was departing for Luton, England, from Teterboro Airport in New Jersey when its tires blew out. The plane, which was carrying 16 people on board, was diverted to Westfield-Barnes Regional Airport in Springfield, Massachusetts, to burn fuel in order to make a safer crash landing. The plane was later re-diverted to Stewart Airport in Upstate, New York.
The incident was heavily tracked on social media before his ultimately landing. Luckily, everyone on board is safe.

Post Malone, born Austin Richard Post, was an American rapper and musician who was born on July 4, 1995 and grew up in Grapevine, Texas.
Malone first broke into the industry with debut album “Stoney”, which went on to become certified double platinum. Malone is perhaps best known for his singles “Congratulations” and “Rockstar”. He most recently released the 2018 album “Beerbongs & Bentleys”.
Post Malone won the song of the year at the 2018 MTV Video Music Awards and performed at the event on Monday, August 20 — the day before this incident. His next scheduled performance was at the Reading Festival on Friday, August 24.
