Friendships have taken a hard hit the last few weeks on Monday Night Raw. Friends new and old have found fissures growing in their duos and more blows are sure to come this Monday. It doesn’t hurt to have the looming Scotsman, Drew McIntyre in your corner. Rollins spent months proving why he is a fighting champion but Ziggler has proved he’s up for the fight. Also with the news that Brock Lesnar may be absent past Summer Slam, these two have made it so that the IC Title may actually be Raw’s flagship title.
From new friendships to old, we move on to the Raw Women’s Championship. Ronda Rousey has been suspended due to her aggression against current Women’s champ Alexa Bliss but even with her gone, Bliss has a major issue. Former best friend Nia Jax. Jax and Natalya proved that even with Rousey out there are plenty of things to worry about. Bliss will face Jax at Extreme Rules for the title but you can bet The Irresistible Force will want to get her hands on The Goddess sooner than later.
Another set of best friends have come to blows in the Raw Women’s division. Bayley finally snapped and attacked Sasha Banks in a boil over that has been building for weeks. The Hugger is usually positive and kind but it seems The Boss has pushed her over the edge. GM Kurt Angle has intervened and told Bayley she’s required to go to counseling for her actions. Will the two be able to settle their differences? It may not be too bad if they don’t, the two put on absolute barn burner matches on during their time in NXT.
