Madelaine Petsch Net Worth 2020: How Much Is Madelaine Worth?

Madelaine Petsch, the beautiful fierce natural redhead, plays none other than Cheryl Blossom on the hit CW show Riverdale. This twenty-three-year-old vegan has been known to turn heads with her earth-shattering portrayal of the character. The signature red lipstick, black, and red based ensemble and silver tongue won Madelaine the Choice Scene Stealer Monday at the MTV Movie and Television award show. But even Cheryl Blossom had to start somewhere. Let’s see how Madelaine’s journey into the spotlight began and just how much she’s become worth since the start of her career.

Madelaine Petsch 2019 Net Worth: $1 Million

Over the course of her, as of yet, brief career, Petsch has managed to earn a decent amount of money and given that her career is only just beginning, she’s sure to see even bigger paydays soon enough. Let’s take a look at her career thus far.

Early Life: 1994-2013

Madeline Petsch was born on August 18th, 1994 in Port Orchard, Washington. Madelaine’s name was thought of through a compromise of her parents. Petsch’s father wanted to name his daughter Street, while her mother wanted to name her Laine. Thus Madeline was born. At the tender age of three Petsch started to find her passion in dance. Madelaine began to take numerous dance classes, followed by theatre classes two years later.

Madelaine’s parents are originally from South Africa, throughout Petsch’s childhood she was going back and forth from there to Washington. During this time Madelaine was experiencing a lot of bullying in school because of her natural fire red hair, South African descent and the fact that she was raised without a religious belief. When Madelaine finally finished first through eighth grade she attended a performing arts high school.

Petsch enrolled in Tacoma School of Arts and relocated to Los Angeles, California. After graduating from the specialized high school, Madelaine was ready to begin her road to fame.

Madelaine’s Road To Fame: 2014-Present

In 2014, Madelaine had her first television debut in a national advertising campaign for the Coca-Cola brand. From there she began working on some short films such as The Hive in 2015 and  The Curse of Sleeping Beauty in 2016. In February 2016 Madelaine landed the role of a lifetime when she was cast as Riverdale’s very own Cheryl Bombshell Blossom.

The CW original show based off of the classic comic book digest The Archies, but with a much darker twist. The plotlines riddled with teen angst, murder, sex and even forbidden romance. The audience finds Madelaine’s character at the helm of almost all of these topics by the end of season one. Madelaine’s love interest in season two is also her best friend in real life Vanessa Morgan who plays the amazing Toni Topaz of the Southside Serpents and Cheryl’s one and only confidant.

The writers and producers of Riverdale felt that it was a priority to have LGBTQ storylines. Madelaine and Vanessa’s has become a key component of what makes Cheryl Blossom Cheryl. The audience comes to realize that all this mean girl was missing was some love in her life. I can’t wait to see the story arch season three has in store for both Cheryl, Toni and all of us Choni shippers out there!

Riverdale is about to kick off filming season three in July and I could not be more excited, but while we have to wait till October 10th, the official season three air date. Here’s what Madelaine’s been up to, she’s recently partnered with the sunglasses company Privé Revaux and released her own sunglass line! As well as completed another upcoming film titled Polaroid. I can’t wait to see what Madelaine has planned next!

If you want the latest updates on all things Madelaine, she’s also currently very involved in the youtube world and has been uploading weekly videos every Wednesday. Check them out right here!
