Sean Penn's Son Busted With A Whole Bunch Of Magic Mushrooms

Hopper Penn, Sean Penn and Robin Wright’s son, has pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor after he was arrested for possessing marijuana and mushrooms.
Penn, 24, and his girlfriend Uma Von Wittkamp, 26, were arrested during a traffic stop on April 4 on Interstate 80 in Nebraska. Hopper and Von Witktamp were initially pulled over because they failed to signal before their car was searched after officers at the scene suspected drug activity.
After searching the car, Nebraska State Police found 14 grams of marijuana, four amphetamine pills, and three grams of psychedelic mushrooms.
Hopper was arrested for the mushrooms and less than an ounce of marijuana, while Wittkamp, who was driving the vehicle, was arrested for the amphetamines and mushrooms. Both have been charged with felony drug possession and pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor charge of attempt of a felony.

Twenty-four-year-old Hopper Penn and his girlfriend, 26-year-old Uma Von Wittkamp, were arrested during a traffic stop on April 4 on Interstate 80 in southeastern Nebraska.
The Nebraska State Patrol says a search of their vehicle turned up 14 grams of marijuana, four amphetamine pills and 3 grams of psychedelic mushrooms. Both were initially charged with felony drug possession. Court records show they later pleaded no contest to the misdemeanor charge of attempt of a felony. Each was ordered to pay $1,000.
A no-contest plea allows a defendant to not admit guilt but acknowledge that there’s enough evidence for a conviction.

Penn and Von Wittkamp were both ordered to pay a $1,000 fine.
