Magi Salah is the wife of Liverpool FC and Egypt National Team striker Mohamed Salah.
Salah and Magi met as teens when they both attended school in the village of Basion Gharbia. The two got married in Nagrig, Egypt on December 17, 2013. Mohamed and Magi Salah have a daughter named Makka, who is named after Islam’s holy city. She was born in 2014 in Westminster Hospital, London, while Salah was playing for Chelsea under then manager Jose Mourinho.
According to her private Instagram, Magi now works as a biotechnologist. While Magi remains largely private in her personal life, Mo can be seen with his daughter from time to time, both on social media and at Anfield, where Liverpool plays.
Salah had a breakout year in his first season with Liverpool FC, scoring 32 goals and winning the Golden Boot en route to leading Liverpool to the Champions League final against Real Madrid. Salah’s Champions League final would be cut short, though, as he as egregiously injured on a dirty play by habitual cheater Sergio Ramos. Luckily, Salah was able to recover in time for the 2018 World Cup in Russia, where he led the Pharaohs of Egypt.
