The Best Activities To Do While You're High

At first, this may seem like a redundant question to ask, as many people just get high and go about doing whatever it is they would normally do. And that’s kind of a problem considering all of the wonderful possibilities life has to offer. Sometimes when I get baked, I’ll find myself just blankly scrolling through Instagram and Twitter, giggling at memes and GIFs. And while that’s all well and good, time can be much better spent, especially when stoned.
And since you’re likely high while reading this, we decided to do the thinking for you and tell you exactly what you should do after you put out that roach.


Video Games

Arguably invented for pot smokers, one can get lost in a good video game if properly baked. Whether you’re an RPG guy, a COD guy, a FIFA guy — it doesn’t matter — fire up your favorite game and it’s guaranteed to be twice as fun. At the time of this writing, Fortnite is what’s hot in the streets, but I’ll personally always be a Call Of Duty guy.


Exercise

No, not ‘exercise’ like going to the gym, but more like going for a walk or playing pickup basketball. I’ve played basketball after smoking a J, and let me tell you, I absolutely SUCK — but I FEEL like I’m playing well. And that’s all that really matters, right? Plus, the hilarity that ensues when you and your friends are trying to be athletic while inebriated is nearly unmatched.


Eat

One of the pillars of smoking weed is enjoying the munchies that ensue afterward. Now, you need to tread carefully when stuffing your face, because it could send you into nap time before you even know what happens to you.


Sleep

While this may be not *the* ideal well to spend your time while high, we all know there is really nothing like a super stoned sleep. Whether you’re low on sleep from a tough week at work, need a little midafternoon nap, or just feel like sleeping in later than usual, getting baked right before you shut your eyes can result in some of the best sleep you’ll have all month.
The only downside of getting high before going to bed is that THC allegedly (and when I say ‘allegedly’, I mean I’ve heard it before but never researched it) hinders REM sleep (the type of sleep that make you dream), which can certainly be a bummer. But, considering we usually dont remember most of our dreams anyway, it’s a small price to pay for the quality of rest you’ll get.
