Armed Robbery Reported At University Of Michigan Dorm Room

Authorities are investigating a reported armed robbery that happened at a University of Michigan dorm room on Monday.
According to reports, the robbery happened around 10 PM Monday, December 4 at the West Quad residence hall in Ann Arbor.
The crime alert issued by the University of Michigan Division of Public Safety and Security said that three men entered a resident’s room and assaulted two students while brandishing a handgun. They also demanded property from a third student. Police said the three unidentified suspects then fled the dormitory.

One suspect was described as a black man, 6 feet tall, with a light complexion, thin build, a tattoo on his neck and a clean, fade haircut. He was last seen wearing a black windbreaker coat.
Another suspect was described as a black man, about 18 to 20 years old, 5 feet 11 inches tall, with a dark complexion and a large build. He was last seen wearing a black hooded coat.
The last suspect was described as a black male, about 18 to 20 years old, 5 feet 11 inches tall, wearing a black knit winter cap, and a dark gray and burgundy striped sweater.

Police are asking for anyone information regarding the robbery to call the University of Michigan Division of Public Safety and Security at 734-763-1131.
