Police in Dallas, Texas have closed all lanes of the I-35E while they investigate a possible grenade.
The bomb squad is investigating possible hand grenade found at the scene on the northbound side of Interstate-35E near Walnut Hill Lane in Dallas.
Officials say they discovered the grenade while searching a vehicle involved in a fatal accident Tuesday morning. It is not clear at this time whether this is an actual hand grenade or a dummy.
Northbound & Southbound I-35E will be closed at Royal Lane and Walnut Hill for the next few hours.
